   Onion – 1 cup chopped
   Tomato – 1 cup chopped
   Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
   Salt needed

   Spice Powder

   Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
   Chilli Powder – 1 tsp or as needed
   Coriander powder – 2 tsp
   Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp

   For the seasoning

   Oil – 2 1/2 tbsp
   Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
   Curry leaves – a sprig
   Hing – a pinch

   For Garnishing

   Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp finely chopped

Preparations 


Wash along with also peel the skin of turnip. Cut the item into cubes.


Chop onions, tomatoes along with also keep the item aside.

Heat oil in a cooker or pressure pan, add cumin seeds, when the item sizzles, add  hing, curry leaves along with also chopped onions.
