   Quinoa – 1/2 cup
   Onion – 1 finely chopped
   Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
   Garlic -2-3 cloves
   Capsicum – 1 modest size
   Tomato – 1 big
   Black Beans (cooked) – 1/4
   Paprika – 1 tsp or as needed
   Salt needed
   Olive oil – 2 tsp
   Fresh lemon juice – 1/2 tsp

    For Garnishing

   Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp finely chopped

Preparations
